What will we teach you?

- basics of filtering in V60, Aeropress, Immersion brewers

- how to adjust recipes according to origin, processing, roasting

- the effect of water on the resulting drink

- how cupping can help in the preparation of filtered coffee

Trainings are always held on Saturday or Sunday 8:00-13:00, exact date by agreement and according to free capacity.
