The taste of a juicy cherry, the acidity of a red orange, all covered in notes of vanilla and white rum. This is our Aricha.
Ethiopia was processed at the Aricha processing station, in Yirgacheff. The Yirchacheffe area is world-renowned especially for its excellent growing conditions - a combination of high altitude, very fertile soil, regular and abundant rains, but also the high knowledge of experts resulting in taste experiences in our cups.

Processing:
After harvesting, the farmers bring the cherries to the station, where they are picked by hand and only the best ones are selected. The lento lot used extended fermentation in airtight tanks where CO2 is admitted to replace the oxygen, ensuring that the bacteria present in the fermentation break down the sugar and pectins. The complexity and pleasant acidity of the coffee will increase during this process. After the end of fermentation, the cherries are laid out on African beds and after 15-18 days of drying, the cherries are ready for further processing.
